If you change your mind about your purchase, you may exchange the item(s) for store credit, with all shipping at your expense.
Full refunds are given only if your item arrives damaged and can not be replaced within an acceptable time frame. Please document the problem within 24 hours, preferably with a digital photo of both product and packaging. This will be used to file a claim with the shipper.
