As you may know, back in May, we packed up our product line and jetted to NYC to exhibit amongst the world’s most illustrious interior designers and architects, as they converged in New York City for the 28th Annual International Contemporary Furniture Fair, also known as ICFF.

If you aren’t familiar with the event, ICFF is the premier North American global design showcase, geared toward contemporary, luxury designs offered in lighting, furniture, flooring, accessories and wall coverings. At the event, designers, architects, retailers and manufacturers of these industries are invited to come together for a first look at the latest trends set to make waves in the interior design arena.

While at ICFF, we mingled with designers, exhibitors, and industry leaders, showcased our existing product lines, introduced new finish options and even launched a couple of brand new products! The Retro Bullet Lighting Collection

The hard-sided bullet shades, in our new Retro Bullet Llighting Collection, are made from the same versatile material as our bullet planters, and are faithful interpretations of their vintage predecessors in every way. The material looks spectacular when illuminated, glowing with intense color, and displaying the unique texture, translucence, and durability of compression-molded fiberglass. With a fibrous appearance and warm, diffused glow, these shades exude an appearance distinct from either plastic or glass.

The Molded Fiberglass Side Chair

Our molded fiberglass chairs are another nod to the past, but incorporate a detail that hasn’t been used for decades. We mold the chairs with inlays of woven rattan, giving them a standout, unexpected pairing of organic shape and natural material with man-made technology—a style so characteristic of the midcentury modern era.

Our Molded Fiberglass Side Chairs are our company’s first foray into furniture design, and while the line will eventually expand to include solid colored seats, the initial release of chairs crafted with the inlay technique have us most excited!
